Is it seven, or is it eight? There are these. The eight wonders of the world in which you live. They are all testaments to man’s ability to expand his capabilities in mind, body and spirit. And the amazing thing is, it all happened so many years ago. Centuries ago in some cases. The Taj Mahal is a testament of love as well as technical prowess. It took dozens of years and thousands of workers to erect this monument of one man’s love for his woman.
And it took even longer to build those awesome pyramids. And even more men to put all this giant slabs of stone into place. Sadly, this was also a testament to just how far men could go in exercising cruelty over others much weaker than themselves. In recent times, millions died as a result of this. And even more recently, a group of brilliant men and women placed a few good men on the moon. And so the space odyssey began.
Today, there are no longer any limitations to all the theories of the universe. Brilliant and privileged students all around the world are being educated by even more brilliant and capable minds. These are the men who made history over centuries, teaching the ordinary and the superstitious that the earth was indeed round. And in actual fact, it isn’t even round. The scientists say that the earth is actually orange shaped.
All the planets and stars in this immediate universe all have their unique shapes and atmospheres. And as all flora and fauna that have managed to survive man’s cruelty so far, the universe continues to be a living and breathing universe. But that is not even where the saga ends.
